June 29, 2024 – City of Anderson Independence Day Parade
Where: Downtown Anderson
When: 7PM
The parade will begin at 7PM at 8th & Main Streets, will turn at 13th Street to Central Avenue & conclude back at 8th Street.
June 29, 2024 – City of Anderson Independence Day Celebration
Where: Central Avenue at 9th & 11th, Anderson
When: 8:30-11PM
“Free inflatables, fun activities, carnival games with prizes, a petting zoo, and food trucks! Corey Cox takes the stage at 8:30PM for a concert that gets the crowd moving. The evening ends with the City of Anderson’s spectacular fireworks show that lights up the city skies starting at 10PM.”
July 1, 2024 – Frankton Fireworks

“The fireworks will now be part of the Lapel Village Fair! They will be launched at 10 PM on Friday, July 12th, concluding the fair’s Friday night events. A street dance on Main Street will end at 10 PM, followed by the fireworks display at the Lapel Middle School football field. We hope you join us with your family and friends to enjoy the show.”
